Event map review
Adoption work fails quietly when the only recorded action is “opened app.” A new savings pocket, a rest timer for drivers, or a reply button for parents can be used all week and still leave no mark if nobody named the tap.
In an event map review we list the events you send today, sit with the person who added them, and mark three things: events that can show first use, events that can show return use, and holes that would hide both. You receive a marked map and a short recommendation of what to record before a full study is worth commissioning.
We do not install collectors or rewrite your logging. We tell you, in the vocabulary of your own screens, what is missing.
