Launch readout
Some teams do not need a five-week study. They need someone outside the launch group to look at the first days and say, without ceremony, who arrived and who did not.
The readout covers the release date, the first-use counts you already have, and a handful of support notes or store reviews that mention the new path. We meet once. You leave with a two-page note and a list of questions that a later adoption study could answer if the feature stays.
This is not a celebration of shipping. If the new screen is empty, the note will be short and plain.
